What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for further information.

3. The size and the color of the printer may vary slightly depending on the process, material supplier, measurement method, etc.

7. All data is based on our technical design parameters, laboratory test results, and supplier test data. Actual performance may vary depending on the software version, specific test environment, and product model.

8. The pictures on the website or catalog are simulated for demonstration purposes. Please take actual shooting results as standard.

9. About the voltage stabilizer, usually, we recommend our customers to use one. Because some of our precision parts are very sensitive to voltage change. Voltage signs or any other signs on the parts can’t be used as a standard only. Because the printer is a whole. Any damage caused by voltage change will be covered by the customer itself.

10. The manual and website are designed for dealers. Much common knowledge will not be shown here. We require our dealers to get trained in the Armyjet factory. We can send a technician to train technicians for our certified dealers which can sell at least 10 sets of printers each year. For a non-certified dealer, except to pay the fees of all tickets, food, restaurant, pick-up, and others, he needs to pay wages for our technician. For a certified dealer, no need to pay wages, but other fees like tickets, restaurants, food, and pick-up need to be paid.

11. Since the product contains precision components, please make sure not to bump or spill any liquid on it while using it. Any artificially caused damage to the device will not be covered by the warranty.

12. About the warranty, only a one-year warranty for the headboard, main board, and motors. Other spare parts have no warranty. Warranty means that Armyjet will repair your headboard, main board, and motors for free. But its freight cost is not covered.

13. The products are made according to China laws and China standards.

14. Non-original parts may cause some damage to the product. Any damage caused by non-original parts will be covered by the customer itself.

15. An air conditioner or humidifier is a must for many customers. It’s according to your actual environment. Normal temperature for a printer is Temperature: 20˚ to 30˚ C (68˚ to 86˚ F)), Humidity:35%RH-65%RH.

16. About the voltage, usually AC220V±5V, 50/60Hz, it’s suitable for most printers. But for heads, headboards, main boards, and motors, it has very higher requirements of voltage. So it must have a voltage stabilizer and install an earth wire.

17. Print speeds are based on factory tests. Total throughput depends upon front-end driver/RIP, file size, printing resolution, ink coverage, network speed, etc. For best performance, always use Armyjet original inks.

18. The disclaimer is suitable for All Armyjet Products.

 

 

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check with our sales.

Armyjet only sells printers to dealers or distributors.  Under the minimum order quantity, it can't be a certificated dealer. A certificated dealer normally sells at least 20 sets of printers

each year. If you can't be a certificated dealer, you can only get online technical support.

3. If you are just a normal end-user, you can buy our printers from our dealers in your country. Because if you buy printers from our sales directly, and you are not a special end-user approved by Armyjet formally, Armyjet can only give you online technical support.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases, we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases, we can do so.

But if your order is over 50 sets one time, please confirm with the sales.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

 

If you are an end user of inks, spare parts, and printheads, it's better to pay by Paypal or Western Union. For end-users of inks, spare parts, and printheads,

Armyjet can assure you that all are original or good quality, but will not offer technical support for the printers. But Armyjet allows sales to offer technical support personally.

 

If you want to be a special end-user of Armyjet Printers to help us to know your local market, you need

to pay the additional technical support fees (About the fees, please contact Sales)so that we can send a technician to help

install the printers and educate your person in your country.

 

If you happen to be an end-user of Armyjet Printers, you buy printers from somewhere, and if you want to be a special end-user of Armyjet printers,

you need to pay additional technical fees to get end-user technical support. In this condition, you can pay by Western Union or Paypal.

 

If a special end-user wants to get a one-year warranty for the whole printer (ink dampers, ink pump, heads, and some other consumable

products are not included. Armyjet usually only offers a one-year warranty to the main board, headboard, and motors), you need to tell your sales and pay the additional warranty fees.

In this condition, you can pay by Western Union or Paypal.

 

If a special end-user or dealer wants Armyjet to send a technician to help install the printers for the first time, customers need to

pay all the fees like round trip airport tickets, hotel fees, food, take-up fees, and so on. In this condition, you can pay by Western Union or Paypal.

And customers need to prepare enough standby spare parts so that the technicians can use them when the technicians are in your company.

 

To save freight costs, Armyjet recommends customers buy some spare parts for standby. Spare parts like ink dampers, ink pumps, ink caps, ink tubes, printheads, and other consumable parts.

For some special necessary tools (If it's necessary, you can consult with your sales. ) like voltage stabilizers(All printers), smoke filters(DTF printer), heat press machines(DTF printer), and some other tools, it is better to buy with the printers.

For these goods,  you can pay by Western Union or Paypal.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer (dealers or distributors) issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

All are valid during normal conditions. Usually, Armyjet doesn't require customers to use our shipping agent. So if something happen during the shipping, you need to contact your shipping agent at the first time.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to ship the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also the most expensive way. By sea, freight is the best solution for big orders. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of the amount, weight, and Volume. Please contact us for further information.

Armyjet prices (ex-works) don't include any freight cost. If you buy some wrong parts or at some other conditions, and if you need to send it back to Armyjet, you need to pay the freight cost and make sure that the parts or printers that are bought wrong can be sold directly again. If it can't be sold again, then we can't send you new ones.

If it can't be sold again directly, usually Armyjet can offer 1%-30% of parts or printer value to help recycle it after Armyjet gets it.
